Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain Jira workflows and administration, ensuring data quality, accurate reporting, and optimized usage across product and engineering teams
- Support engineering leads in tracking and reporting on dev efficiency metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics)
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into team performance, roadmap progress, and delivery health
- Execute program and project management activities including tracking deliverables, updating status reports, managing meeting cadences, and supporting stakeholder communication

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a tech environment
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail
- Solid comfort with data tools and analytics (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms)
- Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally including participation in scrum ceremonies or supporting agile teams
