Program Manager I

Core responsibilities:

• Maintain Jira workflows and administration, ensuring data quality, accurate reporting, and optimized usage across product and engineering teams
• Support engineering leads in tracking and reporting on dev efficiency metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics)
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into team performance, roadmap progress, and delivery health
• Execute program and project management activities including tracking deliverables, updating status reports, managing meeting cadences, and supporting stakeholder communication

Your work directly impacts Uplight's mission of decarbonization and building a more sustainable future by supporting software that manages energy resources to balance the grid, making it more efficient and reliable, which creates clean energy capacity instead of burning fossil fuels.

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a tech environment
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail
• Solid comfort with data tools and analytics (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms)
• Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally including participation in scrum ceremonies or supporting agile teams
