Program Manager (Francophone)

Core responsibilities:

• Working with governments on introducing and implementing lead paint regulation (30%)
• Engaging with industry to assist manufacturers in phasing out lead paint (30%)
• Conducting research and data collection through paint studies (10%)
• Strategy and planning, recruitment, partnership building, and program management (20%)
• Participating in team meetings and assisting with various tasks across the organization (10%)

By running LEEP's program work in multiple focus countries, you will positively impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people by helping eliminate childhood lead poisoning, which affects an estimated one in three children worldwide.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Passion for LEEP's mission and strong commitment to achieving meaningful, scalable impact
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full professional proficiency in English and French
• Ability to work across a broad range of tasks with strong prioritization skills
• Enterprising, quick learner, and creative problem-solver
• Comfort with risk, ambiguity, and working with a high level of self-direction
• Willing to travel for 8 to 12 weeks per year
