Program Manager, Food is Health

• Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and accountability structures for the Food is Health initiative.
• Coordinate outreach to community leaders, healthcare systems, academics, funders, and other stakeholders to position LSC as a credible convener.
• Design and manage a pilot grant program, including applicant outreach, proposal review, and outcome tracking.
• Coordinate convenings, volunteer engagement, and communications to support the initiative's growth and impact.

This role directly addresses food insecurity and health inequities by building a national initiative that integrates food, health, and equity, creating community-centered solutions and scalable models for positive change.

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in nonprofit management, program operations, philanthropy, or grantmaking.
• Excellent project and process management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel; experience with Canva a plus.

Part-time exempt position (20-25 hours/week). Salary range: $40,000-50,000 based on part-time hours. Eligible for holiday pay, paid time off, and 401k.
