What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain Asana projects, task lists, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across teams
- Coordinate activities for complex projects involving campus stakeholders, keeping efforts organized, on schedule, and aligned with project goals
- Tailor and format presentation slides and partner materials to align with school contexts and project needs
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule partner engagements

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project coordination, ideally within education, consulting, or nonprofit settings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication and editing skills, with a good eye for design and visual clarity
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, PowerPoint/Slides, and Asana; comfort learning new platforms quickly
