Program Manager, Compliance Readiness

• Build and scale end-to-end operational processes focused on centralization, automation, and compliance readiness.
• Partner with Data Science to integrate datasets into a unified model supporting reporting and analytics.
• Develop systems to monitor readiness with local permit requirements across global markets.
• Design tools and workflows to surface risks, track regulatory performance, and drive issue resolution.

This role ensures Lime meets its regulatory commitments across global markets, reducing operational risk and strengthening performance, which supports the company's mission to provide shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation.

• 5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to develop automated systems and scalable reporting tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working with Legal, Government Relations, Engineering, and Data Science.
