Mission
What you will drive
- Develop outreach strategies and implement campaigns to promote brownfield activities and programs in EPA Region 10, focusing on public and private entities, tribal nations, and indigenous communities.
- Support and expand delivery of technical assistance services, deepen collaboration with US EPA and state regulatory agencies, and lead conference and workshop planning.
- Build new partnerships for outreach, drive workshop and webinar attendance, and develop case studies highlighting redevelopment successes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in urban design, planning, landscape architecture, or engineering field.
- Minimum five years of experience in land reuse, environmental planning, or brownfield redevelopment with public and private sector stakeholders.
- Project management and supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, GSuite, Zoom, and video conferencing; experience with Salesforce and ArcGIS is a plus.
- Understanding of policy trends in land use, sustainability, community development, and climate change; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Full-time, remote position with pay range $40.91-$52.56/hour (annualized ~$85,093-$109,325). Benefits include 10 days vacation, 10 days sick leave, 11 paid holidays, 3% SIMPLE IRA match after 60 days, $825/month HRA after 90 days, $85/month internet/cell stipend, and employer-provided laptop and peripherals.
