Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead a construction management team to deliver a nationwide capital construction program for U.S. Federal Government clients
• Manage, coordinate, and administer programs or groups of projects from conceptual stages through all phases with assistance from the project team
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from early planning through construction closeout
• Serve as Owner's Representative, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with requirements

This role supports critical infrastructure development for U.S. Federal Government clients, contributing to the successful delivery of nationwide capital construction programs that serve public needs.

Required qualifications:

• Seasoned program management experience with capital construction programs
• Experience working with U.S. Federal Government clients and understanding of federal contracting requirements
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Strong skills in project coordination, risk management, budget oversight, and schedule management
