What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead a construction management team to deliver a nationwide capital construction program for U.S. Federal Government clients
- Manage, coordinate, and administer programs or groups of projects from conceptual stages through all phases with assistance from the project team
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from early planning through construction closeout
- Serve as Owner's Representative, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with requirements
