Program Manager, Accelerator (fully remote, apply by 2/1)

Core responsibilities:

• Track the progress of organizations participating in our programs, including monitoring each group's phase of work and identifying next steps to move them towards their goals
• Lead or join check-ins with groups to track progress against mutual goals and assess emergent needs as they arise
• Create and maintain standardized templates for program processes, such as group onboarding, assessment materials, and meeting agendas
• Continuously update relevant progress and information on planned objectives, results, and metrics in project management systems

This role strengthens social justice organizations' ability to align strategy, values, and operations while building compliant systems across finance, fundraising, governance, HR, and communications to sustainably execute bold, multi-entity work that builds power and creates systemic change.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in movement-building organizations
• Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, and/or PACs
• Excellent project management skills with strong organizational abilities and process design skills
• Experience using collaborative tools such as Asana, Airtable and Google Suite
