Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Track the progress of organizations participating in our programs, including monitoring each group's phase of work and identifying next steps to move them towards their goals
  • Lead or join check-ins with groups to track progress against mutual goals and assess emergent needs as they arise
  • Create and maintain standardized templates for program processes, such as group onboarding, assessment materials, and meeting agendas
  • Continuously update relevant progress and information on planned objectives, results, and metrics in project management systems

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in movement-building organizations
  • Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, and/or PACs
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organizational abilities and process design skills
  • Experience using collaborative tools such as Asana, Airtable and Google Suite
