Program Management Sr Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of project managers and projects for USACE Huntsville Center District
• Grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success of Remediation projects within the USACE Huntsville Center client account
• Lead MATOC task order capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects within the department
• Manage day-to-day operations including project delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting

This role contributes to environmental remediation projects through the USACE Huntsville Center, helping to address environmental challenges and support federal environmental cleanup efforts.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in program management and client account management
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and client account managers
• Experience with project management processes including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Familiarity with Salesforce for opportunity pipeline management
