Program Management Director

• Develop, lead and deliver large capital program(s) from planning through design and construction to final completion
• Identify and assess major program risks and develop and implement strategies to mitigate
• Develop optimal approaches to program technologies, budgets, schedules and procurement
• Act as primary liaison between AECOM, Client, and principal Stakeholders

• Proven track record in development and delivery of very large Water/Wastewater programs
• Experience in the Water industry and public agencies in New York and New Jersey
• Flexible and effective approach to management of all aspects of design, procurement and delivery of large capital programs
• Ability to demonstrate an established career with experience in Water/Wastewater treatment and conveyance
