What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage learning programming to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and effective adult learning practices
- Develop and refresh learning curriculum and resources to maintain relevance and effectiveness
- Oversee implementation of evaluation systems for continuous improvement of learning events
- Manage communications and relationships with learning participants, trainers, partners, and funders

Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with CRM databases, email platforms, event management systems, and project management software
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and priorities effectively and professionally
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and accessibility
- Located in Washington State with ability to travel within the state

Compensation and benefits:
- Starting salary range: $75,000-$78,000
- Three weeks annual vacation leave, 12 days of sick time, and 12 paid holidays per year
- Paid office closures from Dec 26th to Dec 31st and the week of July 4th
- $860/month toward health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- $1,200 contributed annually to a retirement plan
- $100/month reimbursement for personal cell phone and internet use
- Potential four-day work week during summer months (experimental in 2026)
