Program Lead

• Support the delivery of contractual requirements and assist in overseeing a subcontractor network that provides energy assessments
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, quality assurance and quality control
• Track, forecast and report program savings and revenue, and contribute to client status meetings
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and provide timely updates while maintaining quality control of all deliverable products

This role contributes to clean energy solutions that guide utilities through complex challenges like load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction, helping lead the charge to power change and make a meaningful impact on the environment.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of relatable, professional experience with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities while balancing schedules and budgets
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Office 365 Suite of applications
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience and qualifications. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90k-105k, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
