Program Explorations Associate

• In this role, you'll identify and pilot new program additions through field research in Nigeria and internal coordination.
• Observe program pilots to identify implementation gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct supervision visits and qualitative assessments with field teams and government officials.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams to implement data improvements and develop training protocols.
• Review program research and learnings to inform decisions on new additions and define monitoring indicators.
