Mission
What you will drive
- Plan, coordinate, and execute educational programs and networking events, including courses, membership meetings, and the Annual Fall Party and Environmental Symposium.
- Administer the sponsorship program, including updating prospectus, facilitating invoices, and conducting outreach.
- Manage continuing education (CE) administration, including compiling materials, submitting for credit approval, and maintaining attendance records.
- Provide member service and organizational support, including responding to inquiries and attending board and committee meetings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-5 years of experience in program/event planning, project management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven customer service ability.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Zoom, association management systems, and online registration platforms; Canva preferred.
Benefits

Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 annually. Benefits include $300/month Healthcare Reimbursement Account, 401(k) plan, 15 days PTO (increases to 20 after 3 years), 14 holidays, fully remote position with travel to Massachusetts 10-12 times/year, and $750 annual home office expense reimbursement.
