Program Director/Manager

• Provide direct in-class implementation support, coaching, and guidance to personal finance teachers in Connecticut schools.
• Coordinate and implement enrichment programs such as Teen Investors Summit, Portfolio Challenge, Financial Reality Fairs, and Summer Experienceships.
• Facilitate Adult Financial Empowerment Workshops for parents and caregivers.
• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate teacher professional development including summer PD and monthly PLC discussions.

This role directly expands access to financial empowerment education in under-resourced schools, breaking systemic barriers and unlocking economic mobility for students, teachers, and families across Connecticut.

• Passion for empowering students and adults to build financial capability and achieve economic independence; commitment to educational equity.
• Network of connections within Connecticut public school districts and proven ability to expand partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree desired; advanced degree preferred; Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• 5+ years of teaching experience preferred, ideally in personal finance or business education; experience developing and facilitating professional development.

Salary range: $75,000 - $110,000. Generous benefits include healthcare stipend, 401K with employer match, generous PTO, and travel reimbursement.
