What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build Horizon's candidate sourcing systems by maintaining databases, leading outreach, tracking leads, and analyzing outcomes to optimize strategies
  • Strengthen assessment processes by refining application questions, training colleagues, coordinating assessment rounds, and proposing process improvements
  • Identify top candidates and match them with the right program by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and routing candidates to best-fit opportunities
  • Cultivate partnerships across the policy ecosystem by building relationships with organizations, universities, and individual referrers

  • Entrepreneurial, growth-minded team player who can work in-person in Washington, DC
