Mission

What you will drive

  • Define and direct the development of project strategy and documentation for large-scale, complex projects with budgets over $1bn
  • Lead coordination of resource inputs and performance commitments from matrixed departments including Finance, Engineering, Licensing, and Quality/Safety
  • Manage project P&L and performance measures including risk management, scheduling, cost adherence, and technical performance
  • Shape and lead stakeholder management plans and external communications with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and local communities

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or related field (master's degree highly desired)
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., PMI, Prince2) required
  • 15+ years experience as project director in energy/nuclear/petrochemical or technology system development industry
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and developing talent within project organizations
