Program Data Director

Core responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the new Program Data Team to translate data into programmatic impact and strengthen base building strategies
• Design and implement comprehensive impact measurement frameworks aligned with organizational strategic goals
• Provide strategic leadership for program-specific data initiatives while coordinating across all program areas
• Manage, mentor, and support the Program Data Team (up to four direct reports) and foster data-informed decision making across program staff

This role creates positive change by strengthening base building strategies, demonstrating measurable outcomes across social justice initiatives, and translating data into programmatic impact that supports immigrant rights, economic justice, and racial equity.

Required qualifications:

• Deep expertise in progressive data practices with strong program knowledge
• Team leadership experience and ability to manage up to four staff members
• Experience in designing impact measurement frameworks and conducting rigorous analysis of program outcomes
• Commitment to building data culture in service of movement building and social justice initiatives

Annual salary of $160,000 - $180,000. Benefits include:

• 4 weeks of annual paid vacation
• Additional paid holiday leave between December 24 and January 1
