Program Coordinator, U.S. Small & Medium Business Entrepreneurs

• Coordinate the design, execution, and refinement of milestone-driven learning programs for SMB founders.
• Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for cohorts, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors, partners, and participants.
• Analyze participant data and help generate insights for reports, funder deliverables, and strategic decisions.

This role helps create a more inclusive, accessible, and knowledgeable entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs with world-class education and mentorship, driving industry change through new benchmarks.

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or nonprofit development.
• Strong data fluency; comfort with CRMs, analytics, and iterative program improvement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated empathy and cultural fluency with under-resourced and first-generation entrepreneurs.

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience and location. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development. Primarily virtual with 2–3 in-person events annually (travel expenses covered).
