Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate the design, execution, and refinement of milestone-driven learning programs for SMB founders.
  • Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for cohorts, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors, partners, and participants.
  • Analyze participant data and help generate insights for reports, funder deliverables, and strategic decisions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or nonprofit development.
  • Strong data fluency; comfort with CRMs, analytics, and iterative program improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
  • Demonstrated empathy and cultural fluency with under-resourced and first-generation entrepreneurs.

Benefits
