Mission
What you will drive
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a robust year-round events program including partner events, inter-Aspen events, and alumni events, running logistics for multiple events per quarter.
- Coordinate logistics for the nomination and selection process of new Fellows, including email communications, database tracking, and preparation of candidate materials.
- Lead planning and execution of 2+ global seminars annually, including venue selection, travel coordination, materials production, and on-site staffing.
- Manage event and seminar-related expenses, program budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in logistics/operations roles.
- Excellent logistical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and viewpoints while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Salesforce and Concur preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel approximately 40% of the time.
