Mission
What you will drive
Coordinates the day-to-day implementation of Baby2Baby's New York State-funded programs to ensure distribution goals, timelines, and contractual requirements are met.
- Supports program workflows, calendars, and deliverables, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays to senior program staff.
- Coordinates partner onboarding processes, including documentation, orientations, training logistics, and ongoing engagement.
- Supports the statewide diaper distributions and deliveries of Maternal Health and Newborn Supply Kits to birthing hospitals across New York State.
- Coordinates with warehouse, operations, procurement, and third-party logistics providers to support inventory tracking, logistics planning, and order fulfillment.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience in assisting administrative teams including program support, administration, operations, or a related role (nonprofit or government experience a plus).
- Experience supporting funded public health programs, grants, or large-scale initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable learning new systems.
