What you will drive
- Coordinate day-to-day program operations for the Forest Certification Program, ensuring tasks, schedules, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide exemplary customer service and manage communications with clients, auditors, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Support program management with resource planning, logistics, financial tracking, and process improvement projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate's Degree in Natural Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced skills; exceptional database management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work independently and in a team, and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
