Program Coordinator

• Coordinate project execution in a shared-resource environment, ensuring clarity of roles and handoffs across teams.
• Partner with Study Directors to develop and maintain integrated study schedules aligned with laboratory capacity.
• Serve as the primary coordination point among Study Directors, laboratory operations, QA, sales, and finance.
• Ensure study execution adheres to approved protocols and support compliance with GLP regulations.

This role ensures efficient execution of scientific studies that support regulatory compliance and quality in laboratory services, contributing to reliable research outcomes.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong customer focus.
• Knowledgeable about systems and comfortable in a regulated scientific environment.
• Experience coordinating projects in a matrix structure.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Study Directors, lab operations, and commercial teams.
