Mission
What you will drive
- Provide waste management technical assistance and program information to customers and prospects over phone and email.
- Produce written content such as emails, newsletters, reports, web content, and presentations.
- Assist with virtual and in-person events, including planning logistics, hosting meetings, recruiting speakers, and networking.
- Perform research on alternative outlets for waste materials and enter data into tracking platforms.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of customer service and written communications experience, or 3-4 years of customer service and written deliverable experience.
- 1 year of waste-related field experience preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with spreadsheets and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
