Mission
What you will drive
- Provide customer intake and scheduling services, communicating program information to customers and prospects over phone and email.
- Educate customers about available program offers, administer hotlines and email communication, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Schedule program services using scheduling software and enter data into platforms to track interactions and results.
- Act as liaison with vendors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of customer service experience and written communications experience.
- 1 year of energy-related experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with ability to establish rapport with customers, clients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) helpful.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative environment.
- High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian, or Chinese helpful but not required.
