Program Consultant I

• Provide customer intake and scheduling services, communicating program information to customers and prospects over phone and email.
• Educate customers about available program offers, administer hotlines and email communication, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule program services using scheduling software and enter data into platforms to track interactions and results.
• Act as liaison with vendors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

This role helps homeowners access energy efficiency programs, reducing energy waste and carbon emissions, contributing to climate change mitigation and sustainable communities.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience and written communications experience.
• 1 year of energy-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to establish rapport with customers, clients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) helpful.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative environment.
• High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian, or Chinese helpful but not required.
