Mission

What you will drive

  • Support day-to-day management and coordination of Aspen's global network of 13 International Partners, strengthening collaboration and institutional alignment.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives including the Global Changemakers Workshop and International Committee Meetings.
  • Manage financial and legal operations including monitoring funding streams, administering scholarships, and tracking budgets.
  • Provide strategic writing, operational, and administrative support to the Executive Director and International Partners team.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in international affairs, public policy, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, international affairs, nonprofit operations, or partnerships.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience designing and executing convenings, and comfort managing budgets, grants, and contracts.
