Program Associate - Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator (Fresno, Hanford, Madera)
Responsibilities
- Provide overall project support across the team and drive projects to completion
- Manage projects by working independently to plan and execute work plans, track progress and deadlines, craft communications with clients and stakeholders, and raise issues to management
- Attend in-person meetings with stakeholders across Kings, Fresno, and Madera Counties
- Support editing and developing training content in PowerPoint, Canva, and other visual tools
- Write program reports in easy-to-understand language and ensure deliverables are on track using project management workflows
- Support administrative functions such as note-taking, scheduling, and coordinating internal/external schedules
