Program Associate - Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator (Fresno, Hanford, Madera)

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall project support across the team and drive projects to completion
  • Manage projects by working independently to plan and execute work plans, track progress and deadlines, craft communications with clients and stakeholders, and raise issues to management
  • Attend in-person meetings with stakeholders across Kings, Fresno, and Madera Counties
  • Support editing and developing training content in PowerPoint, Canva, and other visual tools
  • Write program reports in easy-to-understand language and ensure deliverables are on track using project management workflows
  • Support administrative functions such as note-taking, scheduling, and coordinating internal/external schedules

  • Maintains reliable home office setup for virtual work and has consistent, reliable transportation
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
