What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide overall project support across the team and drive projects to completion
  • Manage projects by working independently to plan and execute work plans, track progress and deadlines, craft communications with clients and stakeholders, and raise issues to management
  • Problem solve through externally facing work with stakeholders, applying professional judgment and coordinating across teams
  • Support editing and developing training content in PowerPoint, Canva, and other visual tools, and collaborate with leadership to ensure rigor and consistency of materials

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to speak and write clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of health programs and policies
  • Experience with public speaking, creating work plans and project workflows, and using technology (project management software, Adobe, Excel, etc.)
