Program Associate

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for Client Advocates, Supervisors, and the PFJ national team
• Arrange the annual training calendar and events, ensuring content aligns with PFJ's values and participant needs
• Continuously improve training programs and assist in recruitment efforts
• Implement systems to streamline training, recruiting, and knowledge management operations
