What you will drive
The Program Associate, Maternal and Newborn Health will support the development and implementation of programs to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. This role will work closely with the Program Manager to design and implement program strategies, develop and manage program budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and implementing partners. The Program Associate will also provide technical assistance to programs, including training and capacity building for staff and partners, and will contribute to the development of program reports and publications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global health, program management, and project implementation, with experience working in low-resource settings. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as global health, public health, or international development. At least 2 years of experience in program management, project implementation, or a related field. Experience working in low-resource settings, preferably in maternal and newborn health. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
