About
The Program Associate, Faculty Institute role is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Faculty Institute program. This role will work closely with the Program Officer to ensure the successful delivery of virtual workshops and learning sessions, and will serve as a point of contact for participating faculty and campus partners.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program Officer to develop and implement planning timelines and workplans for the Faculty Institute
- Manage all virtual workshops and learning sessions, including scheduling, logistics, participation tracking, supporting materials, and occasionally facilitating to ensure smooth delivery and engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for participating faculty and campus partners, fostering trust and collaboration among stakeholders
- Track program progress, maintain data and dashboards, and partner with the Program Officer to ensure program goals and performance metrics are achieved
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaboration among stakeholders
- Proficiency in data management and tracking, with experience using dashboards and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results

- Experience working in a higher education or academic setting
- Familiarity with virtual event management and facilitation
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of non-profit program/project support or university administration experience
- Previous experience working directly with campus leaders in higher education
- Excellent skills in writing and interpersonal communication with high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); knowledge of Airtable and/or Alchemer a plus
