Program Associate, Communications & Systems

Core responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality written and visual materials for internal leadership and stakeholder meetings
• Support organization and curation of Sentinel program materials including reports, publications, and historical documents
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams
• Support implementation of AI and other digital tools to streamline internal workflows and enhance document management

This role advances strategic communications and operational effectiveness within the Sentinel Program and Sabeti Lab, helping implement tools and technologies that improve collaboration and efficiency across teams working on important scientific and public health initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, biology, communications, or information science
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communications, operations, or research coordination within academic, research, or public health settings
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written and visual materials for scientific or organizational audiences
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or other LLMs) and interest in their application to improve productivity

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay range: $70,000 - $94,000 USD annually
