Program Associate, based in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana

Core responsibilities:

• Provide overall project support across the team to drive projects to successful implementation and completion
• Plan and execute work plans including tracking progress and deadlines, creating presentations, and crafting communications with clients and stakeholders
• Communicate with stakeholders about enrollment programming and answer enrollment-related questions, applying professional judgment and coordinating across teams
• Support project team in editing and developing training content in PowerPoint and Canva

This role drives systems change to create healthy communities through outreach and enrollment of Affordable Care Act health coverage and workforce development efforts, helping expand access to healthcare services.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least two years of relevant work experience in outreach and enrollment
• Excellent communication skills: ability to speak, document, and write clearly in communications to internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce
• Understanding of health programs and policies

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $72,000/year
