What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide overall project support across the team to drive projects to successful implementation and completion
  • Plan and execute work plans including tracking progress and deadlines, creating presentations, and crafting communications with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate with stakeholders about enrollment programming and answer enrollment-related questions, applying professional judgment and coordinating across teams
  • Support project team in editing and developing training content in PowerPoint and Canva

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least two years of relevant work experience in outreach and enrollment
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to speak, document, and write clearly in communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce
  • Understanding of health programs and policies
