Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, convenings, and strategy sessions, and manage calendars of upcoming events
  • Support grant and contract management by tracking applications, assisting grantees and contractors, and communicating decisions
  • Maintain shared files, documents, and communication tools, and partner with IT consultants to support tech needs
  • Support donor and grantee coordination, including organizing external meetings and webinars, taking notes, and sharing key information

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated commitment to strengthening democracy with a focus on racial and social equity
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in an administrative/operations role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with donors, grantees, and external partners
