What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate existing outreach and education programs, including scheduling events, creating content, and overseeing logistics
- Conduct community needs assessments through surveys and feedback to identify needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Develop and execute marketing materials to promote programs and the organization's mission through online and in-person outreach strategies
- Track program impact, objectives, and goals while growing participation, event attendance, and geographic reach

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR 8+ years of relevant experience in program management and administration
- Professional experience with program management and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead proactively without waiting for direction
- Experience managing social media and email communication platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management (Bloomerang)
