Mission
What you will drive
- Manage scheduling for executive team members and coordinate meetings for HARP team, consultants, and advisory bodies.
- Support logistics for in-person and virtual meetings/events, including travel planning and expense reporting.
- Maintain organizational documents, internal project management tools, and support operational policies and procedures.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations capacity; nonprofit, policy, or government experience required.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, LinkedIn, and Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders and handle sensitive information with discretion.
