Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage scheduling for executive team members and coordinate meetings for HARP team, consultants, and advisory bodies.
  • Support logistics for in-person and virtual meetings/events, including travel planning and expense reporting.
  • Maintain organizational documents, internal project management tools, and support operational policies and procedures.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations capacity; nonprofit, policy, or government experience required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, LinkedIn, and Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders and handle sensitive information with discretion.
