What you will drive

  • Develop the strategy for Code.orgโ€™s professional learning products, defining compelling products to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage the team of professional learning content developers, mentoring them and supporting their growth.
  • Lead the team in building and launching products, managing projects, creating roadmaps, and allocating resources.
  • Set goals and metrics, develop evaluation plans, and use data to inform product strategy and improvement.

This role directly supports K-12 teachers in delivering AI and computer science education, increasing access for students of all backgrounds, especially young women and underrepresented groups, thereby promoting equity in tech education.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing professional learning experiences/products, ideally CS and AI-focused, including at scale.
  • 2+ years of people management experience or equivalent mentoring experience.
  • Knowledge of CS and AI concepts relevant to CSTA standards and AI Literacy Framework; proficient in at least one text-based programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple complex projects.

Benefits

Salary range: $117,000 - $130,000.
