Professional Learning Product Manager

• Develop the strategy for Code.org’s professional learning products, defining compelling products to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage the team of professional learning content developers, mentoring them and supporting their growth.
• Lead the team in building and launching products, managing projects, creating roadmaps, and allocating resources.
• Set goals and metrics, develop evaluation plans, and use data to inform product strategy and improvement.

This role directly supports K-12 teachers in delivering AI and computer science education, increasing access for students of all backgrounds, especially young women and underrepresented groups, thereby promoting equity in tech education.

• 4+ years of experience designing and developing professional learning experiences/products, ideally CS and AI-focused, including at scale.
• 2+ years of people management experience or equivalent mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of CS and AI concepts relevant to CSTA standards and AI Literacy Framework; proficient in at least one text-based programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple complex projects.

Salary range: $117,000 - $130,000. Benefits include: technology subsidy, flexible remote working environment, 5 weeks paid time off (3 weeks vacation + 2-week winter break), medical/dental/vision premiums paid at 100% for employee and dependents, 403b retirement plan, and annual professional development stipend.
