About the Role
The Professional Development Team Chairs manage different aspects of the professional development portfolio for Queen's engineering students.
Responsibilities
- Leading committees and overseeing initiatives in areas such as industry relations, workshops, marketing, alumni relations, alumni networking summit, and industry outreach
- Organizing events, workshops, and programs to connect students with industry professionals and alumni
- Developing promotional materials, maintaining websites, and writing newsletters to publicize professional development opportunities
- Coordinating networking events, information sessions, and site visits to foster career exploration and professional growth
