Product Training Development Lead

• Design and develop structured curriculum and training programs for ground support equipment, including instructor-led and hands-on training
• Translate technical manuals and publications into high-value, experience-driven learning programs
• Support integration of training into new equipment sales and onboarding processes
• Provide operational training at customer sites, including equipment onboarding following commissioning

This role improves customer capability, operational proficiency, and product performance by transforming technical manuals into engaging training programs that support those in our communities who do some of the toughest work.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• One (1) year of leadership or team coordination experience
• Experience developing or delivering structured technical training programs
• Ability to travel up to 60%
