Mission
What you will drive
As Portfolio & Product Manager, you will own the profitability and strategic development of our product portfolio across Europe.
- Own portfolio margins: Define and drive margin targets, track performance, and proactively close gaps with clear action plans.
- Lead pricing & revenue management: Shape our pricing architecture, recommend price changes and pack/price architecture, and support key commercial negotiations.
- Drive cost & productivity projects: Work with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain to improve product cost without compromising quality or brand equity.
- Optimize portfolio mix: Analyze SKU performance, recommend rationalization, premiumization and new formats to improve profitability and simplify complexity.
- Steer product lifecycle: Build business cases for new/renovated products, ensure they meet margin hurdles, and manage post-launch performance.
- Turn data into decisions: Build and maintain dashboards on costs, margins and portfolio performance; turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate across sites & countries: Align with local commercial teams and plants to balance volume, capacity, and profitability across our European network.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing or similar.
- 5+ years' experience in product, portfolio, category or revenue management in FMCG; food industry experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in margin management: pricing, mix, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and financial skills (P&L, margin bridges, Excel/BI tools).
- Experience in high-growth, dynamic environments and ideally in organizations with M&A / integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills โ able to influence without authority and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations and Procurement.
- Fluent English (C1); German or a Central/Eastern European language is an advantage. Willingness to travel across Europe to our offices and factories.
