Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear product specifics and develop product roadmaps
  • Lead ideation and user-focused product design, creating systems to gather user feedback and integrate it into products
  • Conduct market research, user testing, and analyze quantitative data to drive improvements in user experience
  • Project manage the entire tech product development cycle, including backlog prioritization, release planning, and developer management

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (nice to have) with minimum 3 years work experience
  • Experience building both web and mobile applications with offline capabilities and working with program delivery platforms like USSD, SMS, WhatsApp
  • Broad understanding of tech product development process with experience creating product roadmaps, user journey maps, and backlog grooming
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data (especially from A/B tests) to make product decisions and basic knowledge of MySQL/Postgres, JIRA, and Figma
