What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure impeccable feature quality and functional alignment of 75F products with the overall product vision, acting as a bridge between business, engineering, and stakeholders
- Define, validate, and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with product engineering teams
- Drive product strategy and execution aligned with the prioritized roadmap, identifying improvements and working with the Product team to include them
- Extract and analyze data sets to improve product quality and development outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between business needs, customer experience, and technical implementation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management domain with minimum 2 years as Product Owner in HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Energy Controls
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and product development lifecycle with experience managing products, algorithms, and system sequences
- Previous exposure to IoT/Embedded/M2M industry with experience in programming and commissioning of HVAC and/or building controls
