Product Operations Manager (all genders)

• Define, optimize, and standardize all product-related processes such as roadmap planning, discovery and delivery frameworks, and release management
• Establish consistent product KPI sets, reporting standards, and dashboards to develop reliable data-driven product insights
• Take over project administration as the operational backbone including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and compliance coordination
• Support and professionalize tender processes with structured requirement gathering, offer calculation, and deadline management

This role helps drive forward the energy transition by ensuring the product organization operates with clarity, efficiency, and consistency, creating measurable value for customers while achieving business goals in the energy sector.

• Professional experience or relevant internships in Product Operations, Product or Project Management in a B2B/SaaS environment
• Strong process and systems thinking with drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards
• Solid experience in building KPI systems, reporting, product analytics, and collaborating with data/engineering teams
• Confident stakeholder management in complex projects including tender processes and contract-bound milestones
• Excellent communication skills, structured working approach, and high standards for documentation
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
