Mission
What you will drive
Responsibilities
- Own product direction: Define product priorities aligned with business goals. Develop expertise in power markets and asset operations so you can make informed decisions.
- Drive execution with Engineering: Partner closely with Engineering. You own the problem and solution statement, they own delivery, and you collaborate throughout. Lead planning and discovery, turning ambiguous problems into concrete scope. Manage inbound requests and triage issues by severity.
- Be the voice of the customer: Talk to customers and prospects regularly. Own discovery conversations, understand their workflows and pain points, and translate insights into product priorities.
- Ship quality products: Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including success metrics, stakeholder coordination, and documentation. Hold a high bar for the end-to-end experience, using the product yourself and anticipating points of confusion. Own lightweight UX work including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate approaches before building.
