Product Manager, Sustainability - United States

• Develop and execute product strategy integrating AI-powered capabilities with sustainability regulations, frameworks, and standards.
• Partner with applied AI engineers to scope, design, and ship LLM-powered features for sustainability reporting.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to build working prototypes and proof-of-concept AI applications.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from conceptualization to release.

This role enables enterprises to manage and improve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) footprint, driving compliance and transparency in sustainability reporting, which contributes to global climate action and responsible business practices.

• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, strategy consulting, or sustainability analyst roles with deep understanding of sustainability regulations (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, etc.).
• Working knowledge of GHG accounting (Scopes 1, 2, 3) and decarbonization strategy (SBTi, CDP).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and LLM-powered application patterns (RAG, agent workflows).
