Product Manager - Solution Design

• Champion key market insights and the voice of the customer and product commercial representation
• Own the process and documentation to facilitate creation of product assets, identification of customer and market inputs, version control of scaling tools, and consolidation of product deviations into strategic initiatives
• Work with the team to ensure insights are incorporated into proposals and support feature goal setting and market adoption

This role creates positive change by designing systems that drive the next generation of urban mobility, making transportation more accessible, affordable, and sustainable to empower communities and unlock economic and social prosperity.

• 5+ years in product management experience in hardware and software product delivery
• Ability to envision use cases for a mass transit system and translate those use cases into concepts for further development
• Experience working on vehicle, autonomous systems, or other public transportation network systems
• Strong analytical skills to breakdown the impact of new features for estimated ROI and associated risks and benefits
• Strong communications skills to interface with various stakeholders including technical evaluators and entities with limited autonomous transportation experience
• Experience simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand summaries
• Experience in the transit space is a plus
