Product Manager, Modules

• Manage the Central American product portfolio for PV modules, including creating and updating product roadmaps.
• Communicate product details and train customers and sales teams on product advantages and applications.
• Research market requirements and propose new product roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate product usage in project designs and prepare content for customer presentations and marketing materials.

This role helps expand access to solar energy in Central America, contributing to the global transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the energy or PV industry.
• Experience with PV modules, power electronics, or energy storage.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
