Mission
What you will drive
- Support the end-to-end product development process from requirements gathering and sprint planning to delivery, progressively taking ownership of ceremonies.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal business users, translating inbound requests into clear requirements and shaping prioritization.
- Work with quants and engineers to translate complex model outputs into usable product experiences, advocating for end users.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and get hands-on with design, mapping user flows and defining interfaces.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of experience in product management or equivalent (business analysis, UX, technical consulting).
- Comfortable in technical environments: able to read code, hold informed conversations with engineers, and use AI-assisted development tools.
- Solid grounding in core product and delivery concepts: sprint-based and Kanban workflows, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong stakeholder skills, structured thinking, and high ownership standards.
