Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the complete product lifecycle of energy management products and solutions, including authoring Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritizing sustainment activities, and managing investment plans and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases, supporting R&D feasibility/traceability reviews to ensure system interoperability across embedded systems, firmware, and head-end software.
- Work with Technical Training team to develop product documentation and training, and collaborate with PMO to manage cost and timeline expectations.
- Present to Executive Project Governance Boards for stage gate reviews and Change Controls, and manage strategic partnerships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Two years of product management experience including market research, data analysis, gathering customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing requirements for Edge computing and IoT technologies, and NPI.
- Understanding of Linux OS and Java architecture.
- Ability to work on complex business cases and manage product dependencies.
