Product Manager, Inverters & Modules

About the Role

Manage the Central American product portfolio and its life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage elements of the existing and future Central American product portfolio and its life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including creating, maintaining, and updating product roadmaps.
• Communicate and train customers and sales teams on product details, specifications, advantages, applications, and competitive benchmarks.
• Research, analyze, and draft market requirements for existing and new products by gathering input from customers, sales teams, and other information sources, and translate these into product and roadmap proposals.
• Work with the marketing team to launch and communicate new products and features, and measure the introduction and sales success of both existing and new products.

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in product management, in the energy sector or within the PV industry.
• Experience in PV Power Electronic, String Inverter technology, Energy Storage is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business discipline is required; a graduate degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the existing product portfolio and to communicate and answer technical and product related questions and topics.
